Information Obligations
The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the applicable legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy notice, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in connection with our website.
When you visit our website, your IP address, as well as the start and end of the session, are recorded for the duration of that session. This is technically necessary and therefore constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Unless otherwise specified below, this data will not be processed further by us.
Contact
You can reach us exclusively by phone, by post, or by email. Our website does not include a contact form — no data is transmitted to us or stored by us through the website itself.
If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide solely to handle your request and for any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance or pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in processing your request). We do not share this data without your consent.
Your request is stored by us for six months and then deleted, unless a further contractual relationship arises that requires longer retention.
Cookies
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device with the help of your browser. They do not cause any harm.
We use cookies to make our offering user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit.
If you do not wish this, you can configure your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and to allow them only in individual cases.
Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of our website.
Image Use
Some of the images used were sourced from unsplash.com.
Further images and illustrations on this website were created using generative AI. The people, premises and scenes they show are not real. They are illustrative only and depict neither actual employees or customers nor specific locations.
Logos and wordmarks of our technology partners and our customers are the property of their respective owners and are used for reference purposes only.
Your Rights
You generally have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, withdrawal, and objection with regard to the data stored by us. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have otherwise been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with us at [email protected] or with the data protection authority.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) and delivered through its content delivery network. In doing so, Cloudflare processes the technically necessary connection data as our processor: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the address requested, browser and operating system identifiers, and the volume of data transferred.
This processing is technically required to deliver the website and simultaneously serves the security and availability of our web presence. The legal basis is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Cloudflare. As Cloudflare is a US company, processing may take place in third countries; this is safeguarded by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. For more information see cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Map Display (OpenStreetMap)
Our contact pages show a map so that you can find our location. The map material comes from the OpenStreetMap Foundation (St John's Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom) and is loaded directly from their servers. In doing so, your IP address is transmitted to the OpenStreetMap Foundation.
The OpenStreetMap Foundation is a non-profit foundation and states that it uses this data solely to operate its map servers. No tracking cookies are set in the process. The legal basis is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR in showing you how to reach our office. An adequacy decision of the European Commission is in place for the United Kingdom.
The map is loaded on the contact pages only. Our address is also available as text in the legal notice. For more information see osmfoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy.
