Multi-Carrier Logistics Integration

Challenge

Multiple logistics partners operating in isolation from the ERP, each with their own standards and processes, requiring manual coordination for shipment tracking, order status updates, and refurbishment workflows across carriers.

Solution

Designed and deployed bidirectional integration pipelines for each carrier using Lobster _data and Azure ServiceBus, normalising data schemas and automating synchronisation of shipments, orders, and refurbishments in both directions.

Outcome

Real-time shipment visibility across all carriers directly in the ERP. Manual cross-carrier coordination eliminated. Onboarding additional carriers is now a streamlined process based on reusable components, not a new development project.
