Warehouse Label Automation
Chrome Extension for Windows warehouse workstations that hooks into D365 via Azure to automatically generate and print ZPL labels — no manual steps, no errors.
Challenge
Warehouse staff manually triggering label prints from disconnected workstations — slow, error-prone, and entirely decoupled from live ERP data.
Solution
Developed a Chrome Extension deployed to warehouse workstations that integrates directly with D365 via Azure ServiceBus and CosmosDB. Label generation and ZPL printing are triggered automatically from ERP events, with no manual input required.
Outcome
Label printing fully automated from ERP workflow. Input errors eliminated. Consistent label output across all warehouse workstations.
